Macobviens where a race that was believed to be a form of vampiric demons by the dagrissi, and was hunted down to near extinction. Next to nothing is known about the Macobviens, and what is known is questioned to be true.

 A wealthy scientist managed to buy a live Macobvien female from the black market and he experimented on her. Seeing what rumors where true and which where false. 

The scientist was a cruel man with no moral. after a couple of years the macobvien became pregnant with the scientist's child. During her pregnancy he decided to conduct a long term experiment to see the effects of a normal human upbringing would have on a macobvien child. The infant was born and was immediately taken from the mother. The scientist presented the newborn to his wife, saying a woman from the hospital gave birth from an unwanted pregnancy so he brought it home with him to raise himself. The scientist named the newborn Zilin and his wife raised him as her own. 

Everything went normally for a few years, Zilin was raised with care by his surrogate mother and the scientist's assistant ms. Ashworth. The scientist had another child with the macobvian, this time a female he named Alia. He presented the newborn the same way he had the first baby, with the same story. 

Everything went normally for a few years after that. In this time Zilin took an interest in electronics and how they work, taking them apart and putting them back together again. In this time he met a boy named LaFayettie in school and they became best friends.

Everything went well for him, but unannounced to him his father was abusing the woman who raised him behind closed doors. 

Zilin's surrogate mother became pregnant with his half brother. 

Not long after her child was born Zilin's father began accusing her of adultery. Things escalated and during the first snowfall of winter when Zilin was 14 the scientist beat his wife to death. Zilin watched as she died. He flew into a rage and murdered his father. Ms. Asworth knew of all of his fathers doings. She told him and his sister of who and what they actually where. They burned down the house where everything took place and Ms. Ashworth took the children away. Soon after Zilin went off on his own, he took odd jobs on the street both legal and illegal and soon he became affiliated with an organization known as the crows.

His official occupation is a computer mechanic at a local electronics store. 

He is often rejected by society for his race, or he is sought out by people obsessed with the occult to beg him to "teach them his ways" and/or become his underlings. 

Not much is known about the Macobviens, not even Zilin knows hardly anything about them. 

He does know that macobviens all have a second voice inside there minds beside there own. The second voice is able to read peoples minds, but the actual macobvien cannot and the voice can lie to them if it wishes to. Zilin has a second voice, but his is so quiet he cant make out what its saying half the time. Macobviens have the ability to implant thoughts into someone else's mind through speech and eye contact. Zilin has this ability, but its so weak he has to be almost nose to nose with someone for it to work. The last ability is to be able to see in total darkness, this is the only macobvien ability zilin has thats not hindered.

Macobviens can be identified by there pail skin, pointed teeth, and bright eyes

As seen in figures 2 and 3 they have the ability to drink blood from another being. No one knows for sure how prominent blood is in the average macobvian diet but Zilin normally has very little to no desire for blood, preferring normal human food.

Tidbits of information (may add more later on): 

•Zilin is horrible at remembering people's names, he often gives people nicknames to help him remember. Theses nicknames can range from abstract to dully simple (for example: he knows actor who was once a star, but career took a nosedive into poverty, but is starting to rise to fame again. He calls him phenix. While his girlfriend has red hair, so he calls her red.)

•Zilins currently lives in a small one room apartment in the slums with his girlfriend named Red.

•he has self induced insomnia, caused by working nonstop for days on end on various things before crashing. 

•he is a nice person overall, and has trouble saying no to things (hence the working for days on end to get everything he's agreed to do done)

•he enjoys video games 

•during the first snowfall of every winter he has a mental breakdown 

•he carries a gun tucked into his boot at all times (should i add it to the reference?)

•he loves cats and dogs.

•he co-owns around 50+ cats between himself and 2 of his neighbors.

•he has A.D.D. And some childlike tendencies at times.

•despite living in the slums he has a computer and several gaming systems set up in his house.

•his girlfriend is mentally ill, but he is scared something will happen to her if he sends her to a mental hospital, so he keeps her with him believing he can help her on his own.
•he calls ms. Ashworth "ashy" 
• Ashy was once pregnant, but when Zilin touched her belly to feel the baby kicking she had a miscarriage that night. The same thing happened to a pregnant cat sometime later. No one knows if that was a Coincidence or another Macobvien ability.
